This is a wonderful little restaurant with the best Mexican food in town! They have some good vegan options. I ordered the veggie burrito it was huge! and added cauliflower and broccoli to it and it was the best burrito I've had in a long time. The rice and beans were delicious as well. The staff was super friendly and had great customer service! I'll be stopping by here anytime I pass through Ellensburg!
Great tacos and tostadas! Friendly service, cosy and super clean restaurant. Generous ingredients too. A great pit stop for lunch during our road trip. They have outdoor seating as well.
I chose this place based on the high review rating and it did not disappoint. I got the chimichanga w carne asada. I daresay that was one of the very best I've ever had. The texture and flavor of the fried tortilla was tops. The filling was average, but it was served with a dollop of sour cream and guac. The guac was VERY good, if not just a little salty. Fried jalapenos were very spicy! Chips and salsa were good. Salsa served warm which was nice for a change. My partner rated her enchiladas as a 7/10. My only complaint is, if it was a sit down restaurant, you would typically get at least 1 round of chips & salsa. Here it cost $3.50 extra for that typical size good for 2. A larger size is $5.
Got mulitas and fried jalepeños. They were delicious! Service was friendly and quick. Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.
We stopped for great Mexican food on our drive from Spokane to Seattle and I’m so glad we did. The restaurant is closed and they’re serving from a taco truck outside. I had fish tacos loaded with cabbage and onions on real corn tortillas. My husband had carne asada tacos. Both were excellent as was the warm chips and guacamole. This place has more than 200 reviews and there is a good reason why!
My mom went to this place over two years ago, and has been raving about it ever since. Well, we were finally in town to go there together, and I'm proud to say it lived up to the hype. Nice outdoor seating, an incredibly friendly employee and fantastic food makes Fidelina's Taqueria not one to be missed. I especially loved the Strawberry Limeade, which tasted the essence of summer in a cute plastic cup.
Generous portions, tasty food, friendly staff, and an outdoor patio. Easy stop off the highway. Vegetarian options: They have several vegetarian options, including a veggie burrito. Kid-friendliness: Staff was nice to the kids and they had good menu options for kids. Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the building.
Last week I went to eat at this establishment for the first time and I was not disappointed. The restaurant itself is cozy. I ordered some tacos and an horchata. The horchata I had is one of the best I've drank in awhile. The tacos were also very delicious.
A great spot in Eburg for fresh Mexican. Get the salsa and chips for the table, amazing fire roasted salsa, both are served warm, so good.
You have to try their warm salsa! I always get some when going through town! Food is great.
