I've worked with Fielder Electrical over the past few months to add new electrical capacity to a commercial office space. Their professionalism, and expertise has been invaluable. Fielder is able to design elegant and affordable solutions even when the build-out is atypical and complex. I can't say enough how happy I am with their service. Each time they've helped me the state inspector has barely had to examine it because they know the type of quality work that Fielder does. I wouldn't use any other electrical service unless Fielder was completely booked for months.

I'm a realtor and have referred Fielder to a number of clients over the years. I have also hired them for work in my own home. But never again! Their electricians do great work. We were very pleased with the large job Randy did for us, and the office was quick to send a receipt and lien waiver. However, I can no longer in good conscience use or refer this company because the owner, Matt Fielder, is SO RUDE!! He came to our house for an estimate a couple years ago, just a few days after my father-in-law had died suddenly. We had forgotten to confirm the appointment the day before (because we were busy making funeral plans) but we had it on our schedule and were there when we said we would be. After Matt arrived, he spent almost the entire time lecturing us, saying he shouldn't have showed up and risked having his time wasted. Never mind that 1) we just had a death in the family; 2) we were repeat customers who had recently spent nearly $4000 with his company; and 3) no one's time was wasted because WE WERE THERE for the appointment! Needless to say, we didn't hire Fielder. Just a few weeks ago I decided to give them another chance and refer them to a client who needed work on knob & tube wiring. Once again, Matt Fielder arrived and spent most of the time berating and lecturing my client....all because his office had not passed along pertinent details of what was needed for the bid and he had to get on a ladder and look in the attic. He actually asked the client why she couldn't put down her INFANT and get the ladder set up! I have never written a negative review, or any Google review for that matter. But this is no way to treat people, especially when you advertise yourself as a "Christian" company. Matt Fielder, you need a serious attitude adjustment!

I've been working with Fielder Electric for nearly 3 decades. They are the only company I prefer to work with when it comes to needing electrical services. Their pricing is competitive and reasonable. Everyone at Fielder Electric (the owners, office and crew employees) are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. As a General Contractor, the Fielder Electric crew has come to know what I expect of them when they arrive on my job-site, which makes managing all of my scheduling run smoothly and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this family owned and operated company for any project - large or small - that requires a licensed, bonded and trustworthy electrician.

We had a great experience with Fielder. Matt came to the house and listened to our needs. He then looked at everything and we chatted like buddies for a little while. A couple of days later, we received the quote for the cost of the project. After gathering a few more quotes from other companies, I called Matt and asked his advice and thoughts about not only his bid but also asked him about some of the other ideas that other companies had. He was very honest and respectful of me. He took the time to educate me on the process of what needed to be done to properly finish our project. My wife and I felt very comfortable with his responses and decided to hire him to complete the project. We scheduled the job for a couple of weeks later. Neither of us were home when the project was being completed, but I did make it home right at the end, as the gentleman was cleaning up. He was so polite, respectful of our property, and took his job very seriously. He was explaining to me that he approaches every job as though he were doing it for his family at his home. I appreciate that very much. He cleaned up very thoroughly, did not cuts any corners in the work, and left our house in better shape than when he arrived. We would definitely hire Fielder Electric again to do any electrical work in the future. We trust Matt and his team completely and are honored and blessed to have found them.

I was very disappointed with Fielder Electric. The technician was very nice but the information over the phone when I made the appointment was very misleading and deceptive. I had a chandelier with 2 lights not working - the phone operator should have said "we do not fix chandeliers" instead she led me to believe the technician could fix it but he (the technician) said they are NOT allowed to replace a socket. period! $145.00 and he truly was here 10 minutes. I went to Home Depot and bought the sockets for $6.00 and will call "Mr. fix it". Never again Fielder.
