Been to this hotel twice over the last year. The check in process has been frustrating both times. Unfortunately for Nogales, this is one of the nicer hotels, not much to choose from in the surrounding area.

After a very long day helping son move then driving 3 hours working to head home to PV we decided try a different Hotel. A quick booking on the road, Green light at the border we headed for the Hotel. So far so good. More later after the bed is tested. The Hotel is a little out of the way, Google Maps knows where it is. The Pool closes a bit early. Service was Outstanding.

WOW, 4.2 stars?  They must have an army writing their own fake reviews.  
This place said they would charge us a corporate rate of $65 but charged us all anywhere from $85- $100 USD a night for the same trip.
They also can't seem to put wash cloths in the rooms after being asked many times.   
The hallways are dingy.  Room had no clock or fridge.  The craftsmanship of the place is, well, not to western standards.   All in all this place is way over rated. 
Breakfast buffet was good but $10 USD...

This will be our "GoTo" hotel in our border runs now!  Great staff, English & Spanish, multi tasking teamwork.   Beautifully appointed rooms and baths.   Great job team!
