Friendly and helpful staff. Not the best area of town, yet they are clean, and staff is ready to assist as needed. Can get some items cold which makes some last minute selections all the better.

This was our favorite store due to cheap prices and friendly service. After my husband tried to use a bill that was fake, not to our knowledge of course, he was banned. We have been customers at least 4 times a week and have not once have they received a fake bill from us. Instead of kindly informing him that it was fake and he can not use it anywhere, the lady working tried to call the cops. When I returned to purchase with a new bill, and speak to the manager on duty, he would not listen and cut me off and would not provide the owners number at all upon request. Saying they have every right to ban long time customers, we were victims as well. And instead of understanding, and being helpful towards us they treated us like sucm. Unacceptable. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, no empathy, no patience, no regard to the fact we are regular customer. In response to the owner: First we did not receive the fake bill intentionally, we received at a gas station and we're victims as well. Second your wife told him not to come back ever over the fake bill. We have never had an issue like this in your store which we frequent all the time. Third you should have presented yourself as the owner when is asked for the owner you only said you were a manager, and wouldn't listen to my side. Saying anyone ​who presents a fake bill will not be welcomed back even if the too are the victims. Fourth I did call back after I left asking to speak with you the owner or have your number and was hung up on after being put on hold. You have very poor customer service when it comes to any issue it like with your store. And have no empathy for your long time customers. Very sad to say since your were one of may of our favorite family shops in town. I completely understand that you need to protect yourself in fraud and money laundering. I have worked around money for many years like the owner, but unlike him have empathy instead of banning there customers who have fell victim to the same situation, and then proceed to threaten and belittle someone. I just wanted to know why you would ban a long time customer, who was victim of the situation as well. I completely understand the situation and am upset the you would ban us over a fake bill we had no knowledge was fake. The owner wants to tell it different to make them selfs look better for reviews. This is what happened, poor customer service plan and simple that is why I am giving them a one start review. If you are to visit this shop didn't expect and empathy or help if something goes wrong.

Okay prices good selection! Just the employees are little bit rude as in not so friendly. Maybe they were tired. But don't say "is that it" all with a attitude. Just some advice.

I am very unhappy with the treatment I received from this establishment and this review is just the first of many actions I plan to take against a manager named Michael. The manager misled me to believe I could mail a bottle of liquor to a friend in another state. He specifically told me I could use Fed Ex or the USPS to mail the bottle. When I tried, both facilities told me that was not true. When I returned to the store to speak to Michael about his misinformation and a way to resolve the matter, he became very rude, hostile, aggressive and disrespectful. His only solution was to FORCE me to pay for a product after he misrepresented the truth about our transaction. I called the police to keep things from escalating further. When the police arrived and I explained the situation, the police went inside Fiesta Liquors and spoke to Michael, who then instructed them to ban me from the premises. The only thing I was guilty of...was paying for a bottle of alcohol, under false pretenses. I urge anyone that reads this review to shop elsewhere. This is a matter of $55. But the principle means so much more. I don't think people should be bullied or treated unfairly by businesses, then feel powerless to defend themselves. My hope is that others read this review and help me spread a message to manager's like Michael that customers should be treated fairly and with respect. If you’ve had a bad experience or similar experience with a business before, pay it forward and please choose to shop elsewhere! Simply choose to support another liquor store. I only wanted to figure out how to get a friend a present. To take my money and ban me from the premises was wrong and I am very upset I have ever supported this establishment financially even one time. Please help me in sending a message to the manager at Fiesta Liquor's to treat customers better and with more integrity. Thank you.
