Always great.  Total wine has anything you can think of or can get what you need. The staff is always knowledgeable and if they don't know it they will call a staff member over who knows the answer instead of just making something up.

I would give a 0 star if possible. The customer service is garbage. I went in to buy a bottle of Buchanans Red Seal 21 and when I tried to ask an employee where they were he rudely interrupted me and just pointed me to an aisle. On the shelf it said I needed to ask an associate for that particular bottle which I had already asked but since I was so rudely interrupted he did not hear which one I needed. When I went to ask another associate for that bottle he was so surprised that I was asking for it that he just eyeballed us and went to check in the system to which he said there was some available but asked if we were sure because it’s $170 to which I said yes that’s what I’m asking for. I waited and went on to continue shopping because there was no sign of the employee and I just went to the register to check out and ask about the bottle I had asked for. I asked the cashier (I was not greeted in any way by him either) and he went to ask at the customer service desk to which he came back and told me they could not find it in the back. The man I originally had asked came up and told me that he could not find the bottle to which I said “so you won’t be able to get it or should I wait a little longer?” He then went on to tell me that I could sit there and wait hours and he was not going to find it. I was just so disgusted at the way everyone was so unwilling to help and so rude. The cashier did not even apologize, not that it would help but it’s just part of the customer service. I don’t know if it’s the Hispanic appearance that threw them off maybe thinking I didn’t have the funds to pay or what the real problem was.
During my shopping trip I did overhear another situation in which another Hispanic customer asked the wine tasting lady to unlock the glass to get a bottle (in English) to which the lady just tried to wave him away saying “oh no, I don’t speak Spanish!” The customer just replied to her (in English) “I’m not asking for Spanish, I’m asking to get the glass unlocked!”

I was there today (Tuesday December 19th, 2017 from about 6:15pm-7:00pm)

I will never be back in that store again!!

The customer service is beyond my expectation. Always very helpful and knowlegable about their product. I've never had a bad experience and they always have a great selection of wine.

The staff are friendly, the place is clean and seems well managed. Great variety of adult beverages

Walked in not knowing anything about wine going to a wine tasting competition and walked away with 2nd place out of 31. Thank you staff for knowing what you’re doing!
