After being a loyal customer for 5 years, this bank robbed me out of over $350 in fees due to a mistake.  I was not notified of the situation until after $500 worth of fees had accumulated.  They were "nice" enough to refund me $150 but I was still robbed out of about $350.  I was highly discourage anyone using this bank.
