I have worked with this bank on 3 occasions.  The first two times were decent enough, however the third was not.  It felt as if I was discriminated against by a young Mexican female banker.  She found reasons not to help me, whereas the other two white bankers I have worked with were both friendly and helpful.  I may have had to drive back and forth from my office to the bank 2 or 3 times each, but we got what i needed done, whereas this time she clearly did not like me.  And to think that I had to be "liked" in order to be helped.  Pathetic. 

For the record, I'm Asian.  I have nothing against any race, but i will point out discrimination when I see it.

This branch refuses to answer their phone and will hang up on you instead of answer.  I need to set an appointment with a banker at Wells Fargo.  What a sad company, with horrible accountability.  I have all my business and personal accounts with this bank under a FA and have decided today that the only way a bank will learn is if they lose business and receive complaints.

I have been banking with these guys for 15 years. They have always been so helpful, fixed every little issue. But recently I had two very large, unauthorized charges made, I was melting down not knowing how I was going to pay my rent and childrens daycare. They temporarily credited my account in 24 hours while figuring out the charges. I can not begin to describe my gratitude for being so prompt and helpful. I don't know what I'd have done without these guys!
