By far the worst property group and bunch of people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The property is disgusting and they get whoever then can to "take care of it." I've had to clean animal excrement out of the washing machine before using it. The property manager, Ryan, does nothing but blame every problem on the residents and owns up to nothing. He is rude and will try to belittle you any way he can. I've had a neighbor come up to me looking to find drugs then proceed to harass me. The office will literally charge you notices and fees that are their mistake and make a huge fuss when you try to correct it. Please, do not live at Riverside Gardens or anywhere that this property manages. They are horrible people and a waste of time.

The worst possible property group in North East ohio.... when you call with a problem they are nothing but rude and blame everything on you... and maintenance guy at riverside gardens is a moron and has no idea what he's doing won't be surprised if the building burns down in the next year or so cause of poor maintenance. STAY AWAY
