If I could give this zero I would...horrible customer service not a people person. I should have known because theres no customers in her shop ever. I was going to give them a shot because they're closer to my house & cheaper but I'll continue to go my regular shop. Don't waste your time.

Horrible customer service! DON'T GO HERE!!!!! Paid for single braids, Fina aka Daba (Dah-buh) braided my edges too tight! I had take few braids out in the middle of the night from my hairline/edges area. She gave me the run around about fixing them, said she was booked and I had to wait 5 days...I showed up at her shop to see that she wasn't even braiding anyone's hair at the time, she lied! She was very rude, aggressive, unprofessional, disrespectful, and hostile! Turns out it was all because she wanted more money, which she never mentioned before. She even called the police and told them I was there to beat her up! I left and went to another shop and got my hair finished. I ended up filing a police report anyways because she continued to harass me after. The poIice had to tell her to stop contacting me! I would never do business with her again.
