My family and I have been getting our hair cut at this Supercuts since they opened in 2016.

Our experiences at that salon have  been very positive as the stylists are always friendly and take the time to get to know you, your hair, and how you want your hair to look like in the future.

The salon is well-maintained and clean and large enough to accommodate families. 

The location is easily accessible with plenty of parking.

Very nice and clean salon. I was sitted right away for my haircut. I had to be out by 5pm and the lady was very mindful of that. And still gave me a fabulous hair cut with lovely layers. I am sorry I don't remember the name of the hairdresser who worked with me. I hope I see her again!

I took my son who is 4 and Lashonda I believe is her name was great with him. He is not easy to give a haircut to and she was able to cut his hair although he gave her a workout lol. We didn’t have change to tip her but next time I will tip her double!

Crystal has cut my hair multiple times and done a fantastic job. All of the staff have been friendly, professional, and produce high quality work. Very happy with my experiences here.

I came in today with my husband to get some layers added to my hair but I wanted to keep the length. Last time, Crystal did a great job so we decided to come again. We found out that the old staff has all been fired and a completely new staff works here now. My stylist was very nice and friendly but really didn't know how to cut hair. About an hour into the "trim" my hair was much shorter and she said worriedly that "the layers don't look right". She started unbuttoning the apron to let me go while it was clearly unfinished saying it would probably look alright when it dried (she hadn't even done the front!) I asked her if she could do that. She was flustered. I realized then it was a disaster and she just wanted it to be over with. She asked LaShonda to check my hair. LaShonda was busy with the backed up line of customers who had been waiting for awhile at this point. LaShonda showed her what do do. 15 minutes later, LaShonda had to just come over and quickly fix it herself so I could leave. I came home, dried my hair and discovered that my hair was visibly different lengths. I drove back and waited in line. While I waited, I saw the woman who cut my hair do the exact same thing to the woman in line behind me. I requested LaShonda to fix my hair. She did a great job. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do when my hair is already 12 inches shorter than when I came in. If you go, you must ask for LaShonda. She knows how to cut hair. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like all of employees can. In total, I spent three hours for a disappointing cut that was not what I wanted. Sad to lose my long hair and I definitely recommend steering clear of this place.
