i would advise all the people in the Hamilton area to visit this store. store is very creditable and has incredible service with very friendly staff.. great deals and great product , go by and check it out. since my first visit to the store i have gotten fantastic service no matter what . this is now my store to purchase everything i need for my home. over the last 3 months i have made 5 purchases for my home . i love this store.

Honestly thought it was a great place with good service BUT that's not the case. My delivered items were weeks late and I still have not received one of the items i have already paid for in cash. They keep pushing my delivery date ahead by weeks and they seem to have no concern for you, after you have paid in full.. Extremely disappointed and not at all impressed with this so called business and how it operates/treats it's customers. The sales person named Frank seems considerate in regards to customer service. Ria in my opinion is absolutely rude and incapable of doing her job to the best of her ability. Recommend not shopping here unless you can wait and wait for weeks or months your order.. Forget service with a smile and satisfaction.
