Frank did a most excellent job painting the entire interior or our house. He was so pleasant to work with as well. When he was done the house looked impeccable

Frank was a very nice guy who was very thorough with his initial estimate and walkthrough.  He helped answer a lot of questions that we had and sold his experience very well.  He quoted work on three bedrooms and one half bath and we liked the price so we started the next week.  He started the work on two of the bedrooms and did a very good job.  It took him four days to do those rooms because he did it all himself.  I was very happy with the work although I would of preferred he taped up the walls for crisper lines than just doing it freehand.  All in all the two bedrooms looked good.  He spent only two days on the final two rooms and it showed.  He missed a lot of spots and tried to rush out the door when he was done.  I looked at the walls and they were not covered with two coats of paint.  I had him come back to add a second coat of paint and he did.  He did miss more places that I had to tell him to do when I reviewed the rooms.  He said he did the whole room but didn't move the bed at all to do behind it so the wall would've been half covered with a second coat which was unacceptable.  I think he needed a helped to do this work because he really tired out by the end of the week.  It all looks pretty good now that it is finished but he needs to tape the trim and ceiling/wall corners to make it look better.  Free hand looks a little sloppy.  He was very inexpensive though compared to other painters in the area.  Maybe they would've been better but not that much better compared on the huge difference in price.
