Open since 2006 we are a run and triathlon specialty shop located on the Ithaca Commons in Ithaca. We offer a complete line of running shoes, accessories, apparel and nutritional items as well as bike and triathlon accessories. We assist in putting on the Ithaca Festival Mile, and direct the Catharine Valley Half marathon and Virgil Crest Ultras. Ithaca's an amazing place to be, to run, to bike, to swim and most importantly live. Check in with us for a run, an event, or simply advice on where to eat while in town.
