This store is a joke.... I'm thinking right now that I'd need to walk out of the store with 5-pair of shoes without paying & I might get someone to pay attention. After standing at the cash registers with a pair of shoes & my wallet opened 15 minutes someone asked me if they could help me..... evidently there's not an adult that works in this store, just a bunch of kids putting in their time. Impossible to find anyone to assist you. Go anywhere else to buy a $175 pair of shoes

No matter what shoe make or design I asked for, they couldn't even come close with the size I needed? Is a size 12 in Mens not popular? I'm 6ft tall and that is average for a male? I never used to have issues getting a size 12 anywhere! Other customers around me did not get the sizes they wanted either including a 6 year old girl who needed a size 4, and a younger gentlemen with a size 8.5? Why so many employees to send to the back to come out with a shoe color you didn't want and a size you didn't ask? I talked to the manager and he pretty much shrugged his shoulders? A few good staff workers in a store that does not value to stock inventory on some simple request! I had no choice but to choose the 1 star, other wise I would have chose a negative rating.

Didn't even confront me. Tried to buy running shoes. Guy was walking around store avoiding to even make eye contact. Bad business.
