Buying some shoes online that turned out to be too small, I took them in and Philip, the manager, did everything he possibly could to help me out. When Finish Line corporate sent in replacements but in the wrong color, Philip called every Finish Line store he could until he found the correct color and size in Wisconsin. Finally wearing the shoes I've wanted after 3 weeks of problems, and I'm very happy with the hard work the manager put in on my behalf.

Don't be fooled by their "15 Day Risk Free". I returned a pair of running shoes tonight because the right shoe rubbed a blister on the top of my foot when I ran. I brought the shoes back to Finish Line in the original box, with all the tags and the receipt-dated 12 days ago. I found out the the offer is not for a refund but even exhange. After the clerk searched the warehouse, he found only one pair of shoes in my size (8 1/2) that I could make an even exchange. And they didn't allow me to use my $10 off coupon toward an upgrade. So now, I have an ugly pair of bright pink shoes look like they probably won't hold up longer than a month of running.
