Last year I went to buy a couple hundred dollars worth of things, partially paid for my purchase with one card, went to pay the rest with another but realized I didn’t bring it. Terminated the transaction and still got charged over $100. They first said they couldn’t give me the money they stole from me back but when I called corporate they grew a brain and figured it out. This year, I bought a little over a $100 worth of stuff for my son and decided to get him something better. I recall the hoodie I purchased was the last of any of them and didn’t have a tag but they used a different one, no problem. When taking it back for a refund they said they needed the tag to issue the refund. I told them it didn’t come with one and the manager sarcastically told me all of their things have tags and they need it to sell the item again. Obviously, they don’t need a tag because they sold it to me without a tag. Not to mention, the slides I returned was only missing the price off if the whole tag. Why would I completely remove a tag off of the clothing but not the shoes? Manager was very rude and treated me like I was an idiot. Will never go back here again! I’d rather pay double the price somewhere else. They’re quick to take your money but you’ll fight like hell trying to get it back.

Abby is so stank. It's so obvious she hates her job. She avoided the register for a good min until she absolutely HAD to help. Then when she got to the counter she just stared at us. Not a hi, not a "how can I help", just a clueless stare until I looked at my boyfriend like okay weird and then told her I needed to make a return. She was so awkward and rude. And this isn't the first time I've been in there and had to deal with her. She definitely ruins the experience and I'll never go back. I've been unlucky enough to have to deal with her bitchy attitude like I'm a burden for making a return because they sent me the wrong color shoes. Like girl, if you hate your job that much just quit. Don't be bitchy to everyone that walks in because you were the one that signed yourself up to help people. You do realize you have to be a people person right?

Decent shoe selection and the workers there were very nice the guys were kind and helpful and friendly. Except this one lady, this one lady was very rude and kept giving me dirty looks for no reason. I went to buy Jordan 6s on sunday and i thought it said sale 150$ when it said sale 170$ she kept saying it's 170 chewing her gum and when i realized she said "i told you" in a rude way. which i was 3 dollars short and she gave me this look like "welp sucks for you" then i came back later with extra money and when i came back to get the shoes she gave me another dirty look and when i got to the counter did not even bat an eye or say "hello" or "how are you doing today" or not even something remotely friendly. she is not suited to do retail if she's going to have an attitude like that towards a teen who's just trying to buy shoes
