I stopped in this past Sunday (2-4-18) to look for a walking/workout shoe. Pamela, the sales associate who helped me, was not only friendly, professional, but was genuinely concerned about finding the right shoe for me. Her positive energy made it a treat to work with her and she found a great shoe for me at a great price. Thank you Peltz and Pamela!!

Internet order, purchase was a gift, too small, need to exchange, was told to watch their website for arrival of correct size, store still does not have them in stock, now I'm told too bad, it's been too long to return them. WTH!!

Good variety of shoes for walking and support, bought Clark’s and Ecco brands. Salesman helpful could not give me too much info on the hiking shoes I was interested in. Clearance section confusing melee of shoes and sandals.

I ordered on line from them twice. The first time, the shoes didn't fit right, and they took them back and refunded my account without question. The second time, the shoes fit perfectly, are first quality, and the lowest price I have ever seen for Clarks. They also arrived so quickly, and I didn't even pay shipping. I just wish the store were closer so I could shop there all the time.

I am a single parent on a budge and have a teen with wide flat feet. I almost didn't shop here do to past reviews.Thank God I stopped in. Richard was very helpful and I paid a third of what I would have at other stores. He was very considerate of my finances and my sons condition. I am coming back for sure.
