I ordered shoes. Saw that they had not shipped after a week. After calling twice I finally got someone to cancel the order. A week after that the shoes showed up in my mail. I called to find out what happened. They said "it happens sometimes". Turns out now I need to return them to the store. Found out they didn't refund my shipping charges.  I'm never purchasing something from there again. 
Ordered the same shoes from zappos and got them two days later. Free shipping too

Would give them 0 stars if that was possible. I took my dad to get shoes at 8:30PM while the closing was at 9PM. The sales girl was rude and very condescending as if we are torturing her for making her get the right size from the back. I told my dad that probably its been a long day and she can't wait to go home. My dad liked the shoes and the next day, I took my mom there. The sales sauntered over after 10 mins while we are not allowed to try any shoes from the wall. He was even more rude and was barking at us. Left the shop to never return again.
