The employees in this store are absolutely terrible. They’re rude and obnoxious, treat you terribly, and will flat out make fun customers right in front of them. The woman with the long gray hair, who I believe is the manager, has “helped” me a few times and every time she has a huge attitude and is flat out nasty. A few weeks ago I asked for a women’s size equivalent in a men’s shoe common for Nike and she treated me like an idiot for asking if they had what I needed in stock. Honestly, go somewhere else to buy shoes or shop online.
Ordered these shoes online and they came from this store. Apparently they think it’s acceptable to ship used shoes. Notice the left shoe is laced differently. I don’t think I should have to re lace my “brand new” sneakers, sending them back.
Went to take my niece to get new shoes today, and the sales associate couldn't be bothered to help us find what size she might need. She wanted a pair of Jordans and she's small so we needed to try and figure out if she was an adult or kid size shoe and what size that might be. The associate told us the size measuring device was under the seat. He then went back to watching his soccer game behind the counter.. it could have taken 5 seconds to help us determine what size shoe she wears and instead it became a big thing where Nana had to ask for the management and then the associate was screaming at nana asking her what the kids shoe size was... But like. That's the whole point we were trying to find out.. the manager came out after and she was lovely. She came and helped us to determine a shoe size and select a pair of shoes.. she helped lace them for my niece and if it was based just on her I'd give a 5 star.. but I guess this store doesn't really care if they sell anything or not based on the initial associates reaction.. picture included is of the associate watching his game on his phone behind the counter.

I was just in the Finish Line at the Maine Mall and I was completely ignored by the sales associate. There was only one other person in the store at the front and she sales associate was oblivious to the customers. I stood there with a shoe of my hand looking at her for 3 or 4 minutes she saw me before I put it back and decided to leave. If I'm not important enough to acknowledge as a customer I am not gonna go out of my way to get a sales associates attention to take my money. The management needs to re train their staff to be more proactive especially in these trying times. Very disappointed in your location.
I ordered shoes. Saw that they had not shipped after a week. After calling twice I finally got someone to cancel the order. A week after that the shoes showed up in my mail. I called to find out what happened. They said "it happens sometimes". Turns out now I need to return them to the store. Found out they didn't refund my shipping charges. I'm never purchasing something from there again. Ordered the same shoes from zappos and got them two days later. Free shipping too
Would give them 0 stars if that was possible. I took my dad to get shoes at 8:30PM while the closing was at 9PM. The sales girl was rude and very condescending as if we are torturing her for making her get the right size from the back. I told my dad that probably its been a long day and she can't wait to go home. My dad liked the shoes and the next day, I took my mom there. The sales sauntered over after 10 mins while we are not allowed to try any shoes from the wall. He was even more rude and was barking at us. Left the shop to never return again.
They didn't have the size of shoe I needed in store to trade in with the ones I bought from them online. So the associate called all the way to TEXAS to get the size I needed and had them shipped to the store for me to pick up. The Jordan 12's sold out EVERYWHERE quick in grey and white! Definitely greatful he made the calls to find them for me in the size I needed! He went above and beyond. I wish I could remember his name but Thank you thank you thank you!
The employees no nothing about customer service at all. They never once asked if I needed help. They stand by the register and talk amongst themselves. Management needs to higher new staff with better people skills and customer service skills.
Had a great experience buying new sneakers today! The salesperson, Jasper, was very knowledgeable and helpful!
