I can't say anything about the manager since I don't know him but the employees ROCK! I accidentally left my purse there and after searching the whole mall I went there and the employees had locked it up in the back room. They kept it safe and ALL my money and brand new iPhone were all still in it. It's not easy to find such a great group of guys! Thank you to all of you who were there on Friday night April 8, 2016! You are the BEST!!!

The manager at finish Line sold my son's shoes  Jordan Retro 11s.... while I was buying another pair of shoes.  My son saw mgr looking at them so he told the mgr... those are my shoes!  He said oh okay.  While they were buying another pair of shoes... the mgr sold them to some lady.  Mgr told me "oh well nothing I can do about it!"  Our sales men was so apologetic but he couldn't do anything.   I was disgusted with  Finish Line and the arrogant mgr.  He said there is nothing you can do about it... want my name, I'd # and even posed for a picture.   Please don't shop at FINISH LINE .  Send them a message.  Big message..  putting this all over and spread the word.  Customer service is key!!!

Going to finishline is the best thing ever!! The employees r amazing and very very nice I go there so much tht the 1 worker at boardman finishline says hi 2 me and gives. E a handshake each time they all kno me bc I go alot!!!!!!!
