Very friendly , personable  , efficient clerks , I love shopping in this Penny store in Austintown , Oh, the whole plaza is very clean , well lit up , I certainly hope this is not one of the JC Penny store on the butcher block

Multiple people working in there salon and none of them do eyebrows...how to you have a salon where people are not capable of doing eyebrows. Also multiple workers were in hoodies and yoga pants. The professionalism is very low in this salon and Penney's in general. Beware.

Some of the BEST customer service I've ever had! They are consistently pleasant and helpful...often going far beyond the normal to make sure your satisfied.
