If I could have chosen no stars I definitely would have. The service is TERRIBLE. No one greeted me upon entering the store. I was NOT asked if I needed assistance. I found my own shoes. Then asked if I could get my exact size. The workers began to argue about who would retrieve my shoe. That's ridiculous If you didn't plan on being of service, then you should have not come to work. I will be calling corporate office about this store.

You know I'm disappointed. These shoes I've found are made cheap and are coming unglued at the edges. Plus the rear of the soles are broke down, so much for the "Air." Well, they looked good but no quality in the making, just so everyone knows! They're not worth the money!

So I came in to the store on Monday and was ignored by several employees. One employee was so rude that he didn’t want to help with shoes he pushed me off on another employee that she had an attitude. Big mistake on this store. Everyone in here needs to be fired. Train your employees finish line,. But we got it on video watch for it on the web.

I went in because I needed help with a specialty shoe. After looking around and waiting for a while, I started looking for someone to help me. One gentlemen was helping a customer, the other "worker" was standing behind the counter on his phone. I left and went next door to Famous Footwear and they helped me get just what I needed.

It is to bad they have an age requirement to work there my son was teaching the employees about the shoes they where selling!!!! I mean really at this point w/ shoes being such a thing the people selling them should know Bout them!! Then we paid w/ cash at this particular visit and this 20 something kid couldn't count change orake change w/ coins or paper bills!!! Kind of an embarrassment if you ask me because I will never go cashless and I will not buy my clothes or shoes on line!!!!

I was helped by an excellent associate! He got me 4 pairs before i unexpectedly found my perfect size and unique style! Thank you!

The salesman Brett is very knowledgeable and friendly. The assistant manager is also an excellent part of the team. Thank you both.
