There wasn't a great selection of dresses, but I did find one I was okay with. I had an exchange, but didn't know you had to go to the customer service in the back of the store to do it. Thankfully, I only waited in line behind one person. Kudos to the workers back there! The day I went, the system went down and they worked quickly to get my online purchase returned. Overall, a decent shopping experience. There are no carts for children to ride in, so consider that before going holiday shopping with them because there are a lot of displays that would crumble if a toddler got too excited. ;)

THIS MY FIRST PUBLIC REVIEW...
Connie and Bridgette are phenomenal. I hope the names are correct.   Employees like these ladies should be commended.  The Dynamic Duo shared "A Touch of Class Customer Service!" Definitely a step above the rest.  Congratulations!

The past couple times that I've been there, and I go there often, have offered the best service I've ever had anywhere. The ladies who bring me out were extremely kind and patient, helping me save as much money as possible with coupons and options. Boral at the jewelry counter was the best employee and deserves a raise because of how awesome of a worker she is. Laurel sets an example for every employee there and I hope that they can all learn to be as great as she is

Lots of great deals if you have a Kohls card. I got one just to get them. And you can pay it off right after you check out, at the same register
