Every pay period I treat myself, this time around I wanted 3-4 pairs of sneakers. I saw a pair earlier in the week on Macy's website but they were partnered through finish line. Macy's did not have my size so I decided to check out this store to see if they would have it or even carry another shoe that I was interested in. Unfortunately Finish Line did not have the shoe but did have two others that I was willing to buy, had they fit properly. Now to the issue; I was not greeted when I walked in the store. I looked around 1-2 minutes browsing without even being acknowledged. The young male and female talked amongst each other. My pet peeve is associates who lack customer service skills. Had Champs had the exact same shoes I would have purchased them there since I was at least assisted as soon as I walked in the door. A part of me wanted to say something but I shouldn't have to ask a sales associate to help me spend my money.
