These people do not deserve your money. WORST customer service I have EVER seen, hands down. Good selection but the employees are just....inept and awful. First time I bought some shoes, I requested a copy of my receipt and their machine broke down. The lady said I would have to wait if I still wanted a copy. I told her I did not mind and she just scoffed at me and started getting irritable at me. I was nothing but courteous and decided to give it another shot a few months later. Maybe it was just a bad day? Well, I saw a pair of shoes I wanted for my mom and noticed about 80% of the boxes were empty. I told one of the associates about it and she literally just laughed....that was it. Well, turns out I needed to exchange the shoes for a different size later on. Simple enough right? Nope....took an hour of jumping through hoops with associates who literally did not want to help. If anything was going to be even the slightest inconvenience to them, they made damn sure you knew it....scoffing, dirty looks or even straight up telling you that you were making them actually do their job. I just wanted to exchange for a different size! What other store do you know of that makes it that tough on you? This is beyond deplorable and unacceptable. I will never step foot in there again and none of my family and friends will either
