The best sauna service offered in Massachusetts. What makes Fire and Ice Spa standout among other spas in the state is that it offers dry sauna, which I think is better than the infrared sauna. The prices are good and their hours of operation are convienant. I try to go twice a week.

If you're thinking about trying "Cryo therapy" ;  I'd say this is the best and safest place to go.  As other reviewers have mentioned they know what they are doing and its very  clean and organized.  

There's no reason to be afraid and every reason to try it.  I'm not going to give away my age, but I'm no spring chicken.  I went to these guys, because I needed a boost / more energy  in my life and I wanted my elbow and knee joints to feel less painful, so I could continue to workout.     

How was it?  EZ!  The results were more than I expected.  Right after the treatment I started to feel better.   I feel more grounded and have more energy.   As far as my joints; they are much better.   I feel like the Tin man on the Wizard of Oz after he got a can of oil.  The bonus was; I sleep like a baby each time I do it.  

As you can tell; I can't say enough good things about these guys.  Treat yourself to this;  and you'll be glad you tried it.  I sure am!   Oh, one more thing; I like to sing and I noticed that my throat is much better and my singing voice is better.  All I can think of ; is that any inflammation I may have had in my throat is better.  Another bonus

My roommate was in dire need for a sauna to replace the one we typically go to at our gym. I happened to find a number of spa's that were local which for some reason, this was my first choice. I called in with questions and booked a reservation for the same day. To be honest, we were on the fence about it from past experiences. BUT, as soon as we got there, all that changed.

They provided more than what I expected. Private sauna, shower, lounge (all modern), and they provided Poland Spring Water!?!! I'M SOLD, I am DEFINITELY coming back again and purchasing a package!

Wonderful experience . They offer whole body cryotherapy and local/facial cryo treatment . I loved going to Hot Sauna/Banya for detox then followed that with cooling effect of Whole Body Cryotherapy. Pain gone. Inflammation gone. Full of energy . Thank you

One of the first and only cryotherapy facilites in MA. Staff is experienced and friendly - very capable of answering questions. The cryotherapy was relaxing and helped many aches and pains disappear. All local athletes or active people should try it out.
