My girlfriend and I went here yesterday to have a couple's spa treatment.
It was impeccable!

Before I start, I recommend anyone get a membership, not only are they affordable but the 30% discount immediately pays dividends, we are already in the black on it.

Electing for the mud bath, body scrub, wrap, and table shower was the best 2 hours (including dressing and decompressing in their waiting room) I have had this year.

I not only felt refreshed and relaxed, but mentally energized by their wonderful service.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this spa is. I have been to many spas over the years, and nothing even comes close to this spa and their wonderful staff. I have the one year membership and have gone there 20 plus times in the last three months. The Brazilian wax is virtually painless and they make you feel 100% comfortable. I have been to two top dermatologists in the last three years to get my skin breakouts under control. It wasn’t until I went to Lotus that the owner was able to do a skin peel and get me on the right facial products (which are included in the membership discount) to get my skin under control. Katherine (the owner) always asks when I call how I’m doing and how my skin is, which is impressive to remember me not only by name when I walk in but also what products I am using and what my last treatment was. Their spa is beautiful, when you walk in the door you are offered water, walked to the plush locker room, supplied with a robe and flip flops, and the rooms have their own private shower after a massage. The staff team is 100% professional, no gossip which goes on at virtually every hair salon and spa I have ever gone to. They do not push the products on you like many places, I have always been given samples to try and if they worked which they did I went back and purchased them with my 40% discount membership. They also have a great makeup line as well. I am so happy I stumbled upon this spa. I wish they did hair as well and it would be a one stop shop!!  I have recommended many friends to try out this gem in Needham. Thank you Lotus!!

My husband bought me a gift certificate to Lotus Mind & Body after finding this place on the internet. Since this spa is not close to where we live, we decided to use the gift certificate up on one visit and get massages for each of us. I'd have to say that my massage was the best I've ever had. I left there without an ache in my body and had the best sleep that night. My husband had a different massage therapist, but he said he felt great after his massage too. I was waiting for him in the waiting room when he came out, and he was so relaxed he could barely walk. The only thing that keeps me from going back there so soon is the price - it's more than I want to pay right now, but I will definitely go back and treat myself one of these days.

After having lash extensions in Los angeles And then Orlando for years I was horrified in having to search for a place to continue filling my lashes. I researched on line and came across almost nothing. I did not want to drive into boston so when I found lotus in needham I figured id give it s go. Jin did my initial full set. She did a fairly descent job so I continued to see her. She was out last week and I got my fill with Catherine  which was a huge mistake. My lashes were sticky and uncomfortable. She was not gentle and it felt like she was ripping my lashes off when she was finished. She also coated them with something after that I think was straight glue. I am going back to Jin in hopes she can clean them up but honestly my search for a good lash extension shop continues. I would love any suggestions!  

Just an update... I stopped going all together because of jins schedule. She only works afternoons and with a son in school the timing was just not working out for me.. I did hear of a place that just started doing lashes in providence and they are suppose to be amazing so as soon as time permits I am going. For now rapid lash....
