I have looked for good coffee beans in Paris for long time. My friend recommended me The Beans On Fire and push me to try it. It turns out really good. I come here for twice and try two different beans for my filter, one is Guatemala and one is Colombie. Both are wonderful for morning coffee. I deduct one point for no indoor seat The winter could be cold in Paris...
By all means , honestly the best place to have coffee, not only the coffee is unbelievably good, but the staff are so nice and welcoming, it was my first time going , and just the vibe hits different you have dome tables and some benches, and even if you don't know the person next to you, you sure know that you share a passion for coffee. Words couldn't describe how amazing my experience was i went in for one coffee and ended up having two cause i want to taste more, i ll be coming here more often that i promise you.
Great coffee AND their CARROT CAKE IS SUPER DELICIOUS. The cake is one of best in the city. Outdoors sitting area is limited with many benches I.e resulting in awkward sharing. They do not take cash which is highly inconvenient.

We had the opportunity to make a Coffee degustation with Andres! He’s colombian, soo he knows! and we just love it! We have learned from him, the variety of coffee beans, the differents process the beans pass through, some vocabulary to talk about coffee and curiosities about this industry. During the degustation, we tried the coffee with a specific preparation, but Andres offers us a machine coffee just before and after “the class”. The super extra! We got a jar of our favorite coffee as a gift! We did this degustation using GROUPON. In our case we had to reschedual our degustation because of communication problems between Groupon and The Beans on Fire, so we highly recommend to call the store to make sure your appointement is ok!

one of the best roasters in Paris. their coffee beans are well balanced. excellent filter coffee & amazing flat-white. brunch menus are lot better than average cafés, & very reasonable price. & staff are friendly and makes you feel relaxed. Hard to be find negative aspects.
Great coffee and really nice staff! But seriously paper cups only? First of all good coffee tastes way better out of a glass and more important it just causes too much waste...
