Very rarely write public reviews, but our experience here last night was absolutely excellent and warranted a comment. We arrived with a two-year-old after a long day and asked before we went in to make sure it was child friendly since it seemed like a fancier place. The general manager, Frankie, greeted us at the door and assured us that it was absolutely family friendly, and not only was he right, but it turned out to be the perfect blend of family and fancy. The food was outstanding; our server, Zach, was just the right amount of attentive; and the atmosphere was exciting but high end. Frankie is an excellent manager and is clearly involved personally in operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, and it shows. An outstanding dinner and an outstanding experience.

Great food, a little pricey but on par for the atmosphere. I enjoyed the streak frites and my wife the chicken. Both were delicious and really looked great at the table. Service was great and attentive.

I was impressed with the ambiance and that's it. Service was fair. Food was very average and overpriced. I thought with some training the wait staff could be more knowledgeable and faster. The steak I ordered medium rare came medium well and was thin and tough. The place has potential but has a long way to go.

Had a great dinner and exceptional service while dining with the family last night. I've been there 5 times and have never been disappointed. The manager goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy and he's also great with his staff, which in turn creates a great environment. I Highly recommend Firebirds!

My in-laws were visiting from out of town and we met at Firebirds for dinner. As it turned out, my father-in-law got there a few minutes early and was sitting at the entrance waiting, when the manager (Frankie Polanco) came over to chat with them. Frankie is a military veteran and learned that my father-in-law is also a vet. Frankie brought over a glass of Prosecco for my F-I-L and his wife - on the house. Frankie also stopped by our table several times - in addition to the great service we got from the wait-staff - to make sure we were happy with our meals. We had a great time - and will certainly come back because of the great service we got from Frankie and the staff there.
