Food was pretty good but the customer service was lacking. The first guy got my order wrong initially and when he remade mine the was noticeably less food between my remake and my girlfriend who ordered the same bowl as me. The "sweet" tea also had no flavor or sugar and was a lighter color then apple juice. Over all upsetting visit since i normally go to a diffrent location and have a much better exsperiance.

Good food similar to Chipotle but not quite as good. They give you free chips that are actually very good and also the seating is very good with very comfortable booths & nice music that is not overbearing.  The girls working there were very nice and one even came over to my booth and brought me extra chips, thought this was very nice.

The only negative for me was that some of the employees were making all kinds of racket & one kept yelling out a strange noise for no particular reason as far as I could tell. This was very annoying while trying to enjoy your meal.  They also give you very little lettuce in the bowls.

I was in the Leesburg Moe's today and was treated very rudely by one of the employees (I believe she was the Manager) --- I have been going to this Moe's for years (as it is close to my employment) and have never been treated so rudely.  All I asked for was fresh guacamole for my Homewrecker Burrito and Wrong Doug stack.  The Manager threw the spoon down and removed the container and got another one and served a small spoon in my stack but just a little in my burrito --- Once seated I reviewed my receipt and was speaking to another employee for an explanation and she came over interrupted us and told me I was charged for extra guacamole because I got the guacamole in my stack (she practically screamed this at me).  I was very embarrassed and really couldn't believe I was treated so rudely.  For the next 15 minutes (as I ate my food) this Manager continued to stare at me and never once smiled or apologized.  I go to Moes about 5 or 6 times a month (every month) and typically go with 2-3 coworkers.  We will not be going anymore. Very disappointed --- On another note, the Moes in Gainesville, VA is quite the opposite --- Great service and very nice managers.

I usually like Moe's but this visit was bad.  The soda machine was running low, the food was tasteless, and I felt like the service was on par with being in a prison cafeteria.  Stay away until they fix the glaring issues bringing down their reputation.
