Cannot believe they still owe me credit. So not worth it, but can't leave credit. 2 years later I left the 500.00 as it is stressful with fees on top of fees. Dobt do it or you will be lost of 500.00 like me. Also, do not allow them to take money out of acct, they never stop, had to get my bank involved.  Their eating is zero

I paid 598.00 on a 7 day cruise packet.  I had to pay 598.00 more for 2nd person.  when I got ready to take the cruise in March of last year told I would have to pay well over that cost $2800.00. I paid 99.00 to extend my time.  I have been contacted by Steve several times to invest in an upgrade of almost $5000.00 per2 person 7 day luxury cruise packet. I have been trying for over 2 months to reach someone to make reservations on my original  cruise packet. I have been passed on several times by operator to leave messages on another phone.  Call Steve left messages he never got back. Left numerous messages with reservation dept. When I contact someone I get passed on to answering machine.  It's a headache. Never ever will I use nor consider using firefly again. The packet deal don't mean nothing.  Hidden prices that cost more than if you booked cruises yourself.  Can't really take cruises when you want to. Then, you have problems reaching them to even make reservations. I have yet to make my reservations.  Hey feeling really ripped off.

I'm still trying to use them right now and it's pretty terrible. They're charging me $200.00 for tax and port fees which are barely $100.00 per person when you book the cruise yourself. So i locked in my package for $598.00 BUT I HAVE to book minimum 2 people which is another $598.00. the cruise is actually only $426.00.  The price in my trip would be a $400.00 difference. It's absolutely atrocious. DO NOT BUY THEIR PACKAGE. Their package WOULD be worth it if you were choosing a cruise thats more costly. but I'm paying 600 dollars for a $420.00 cruise but after tax/port fees.... $800.00 for a $520.00 cruise. thanks a lot firefly. now since i have no choice but to book for two people or i lose $600.00,  it's $1600.00 for a $1,020.00 cruise. either way i lose $600.00. Is it still worth it to even go? Either way I lose. You will too.

This company is a scam. They also go under many different names besides firefly. You can book a cruise yourself and be spending about 50% less that using this company. False advertisement. They lie. Do not pay for free upgrades they do not really offer it. They only take 50% of your money and still have to contact the cruiseline for everything. For instance we asked them how many balcony rooms were available.... they had to call the cruiseline to ask them. Arent you supposed to know since you handle everything? HMMM. Good luck getting them on the phone at all. Took me 2 weeks to speak to someone. And good luck getting your money back.
