Initially we experienced a delay in being contacted to set up our payment plan which resulted in our monthly payments being higher than preferred. Once payment was complete, everything has occurred like clockwork and as discussed. Alyson did a great job listening to what is important to us and modifying our package to personalize it to meet our needs. She has kept us informed of changes to flights and rescheduled coordinated services. Her help and updates have been invaluable in making sure no details were overlooked. We are all set for our trip and excitedly anticipating its start.

Sheri was simply outstanding! Went through several scenarios before we got it just right. She was very patient and provided exceptional service. Our sales person, Steve, was also very helpful in setting up the initial program for this cruise (we have utilized  First Class Vacations several times before) and he was also patient and helpful. It looks like another SUPER cruise is in store for us!

Talked to Tracey. She was extremely helpful and very, very easy to talk with.  Knew what I wanted almost before I did.  Answered all my questions like it was the first time anyone had asked them.:) Booked one cruise, working on a second and also the getaway.  Very pleased with the service!!!

Excellent customer service is defined as service that treats customers with a friendly attitude and tries to resolve their problem or question as efficiently as possible.  Remembering the names of the individuals who helped you can often be negative in most cases.  

However in this case, it was 110% positive!  Steven was excellent in ensuring all my needs were met in regard to the sales and financing of our cruise.  He answered all my questions and has gone beyond all expectations to ensure this vacation comes to fruition.  He's patience and knowledge on my wants and needs came first and he did everything in his power to meet my demands and expectations.

Alyson, booked our cruise.  She was outstanding!  Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.  She really helped me understand the full benefits of our cruise package and ensured our trip reservations and planning was perfect!  First Class Vacations.....Thank you for the experience of working with true professionals who really try to accommodate and treat their customers as, FIRST CLASS!
