Got a bouquet of daisies. They were beautiful! I ordered them online. Paying online was easy and they were ready to be picked up on time. The ladies at the counter were super nice. It was easy to find. Super cute inside, with lots of knick knacks for sale, too.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister and I called to make sure they were able to deliver before noon. Everything was set up to go, only to find out by a different woman that they wouldn't deliver to where I asked. If I wouldn't have called, they probably wouldn't have told me until the delivery day and I would have been out of luck by that time. They need to have clear specifications on where they deliver, and need to process orders sooner so that people aren't left trying to do something last minute.

Firehouse floral has been a hidden gem in Glendale for many years. I really like their service and flower arrangements. I would recommend them for flowers and unique gifts

Amazing! Excellent service beautiful arrangement and very well priced. 

After browsing the website and selecting an arrangement, I called to make an order with some minor adjustments...I described the occasion and Firehouse Floral exceeded my expectations. 

Thank you Firehouse for adding a lil brightness to this specific situation. You've gained a lifelong customer.

Ordered a gift basket for same day delivery, along with some balloons and flowers. Called the store to verify reception of the order. They told me that they didn't have sufficient staff on hand that day to deal with a gift basket delivery.

Why do they have products on their website which they're not prepared to deliver? Strange & unprofessional. Poorly run business.
