Firehouse shouldn't be compared to Subway, it's its own entity. Hot subs with a wider variety of meats, condiments, and flavors mean you don't get the same experience as at Subway. If you want fresh veggies and cold cuts, Subway is your place. However, if you're looking for plenty of sauce, meat, and heat, Firehouse is where you want to be.

Amazing food and staff. Positive energy behind smiles, once again , couldn't ask for anything more! Thanks!!! Now I can go grocery shopping and not buy half the store. Lol! Keep up the good work

Not very happy with my first (and probably last) visit here. One: it's more pricey than I was expecting. It was almost $25 for an 8" sandwich, 12" sandwich, and a salad. No drinks or sides. Subway is definitely cheaper and that includes making your sandwich into a meal. Two: it's slow. Like really slow. We went on a Saturday but it was 2:25 pm when we placed out order. So it's not like it was the normal lunch time. It took 30 minutes for us to get the two sandwiches and salad. I thought Firehouse would be quicker...you know, since Firemen have to be quick. Ha. Not to mention it took awhile to order since our cashier was slow. Anyway, the food was good at least but I wouldn't say it's worth the cost or the time.

Excellent sandwiches all the time. Great service most of the time. Disappointing experience this time though. Cashier was not welcoming or friendly. Soon after taking our order, she was walking around the dining area with an unlit cigarette in her mouth until a few minutes later she walked out for a break. When we opened the lemon/lime container, a dozen fruit flies flew out. Women's bathroom towel dispenser was broken or out of towels.
