There were a lot of customers waiting to order and receive food, and the staff was very fast and food was great. We were in and out in 15 minutes and we were very pleased with the quality of the food and service. If I could give 10 stars, I most certainly would.

Their food there tastes awful, fries are soggy, soda tastes like it has clorine in it, you are good and garbage everywhere behind the counter, and the staff there are so unprofessional (they act like children to each other spraying sanitizer at ppl's faces, throwing cheese at their employees after they have been asked to stop by the employee. Never again 😠

Wendy's in Mt. Pleasant was aweful the burgers were extremely greasy, the chicken nuggets and the French fries were cold and when I told the cashier about it, her response was to give me a totally dumbfounded look and walk away from the cash register.

Every time I come here the staff is friendly but something is always wrong! I don't make any adjustments to the food, but I have never been here and not had a problem with either not receiving a food item or receiving the wrong item. I'm not joking it's happened every single time I've been there in the past year (around 5-6 times)
