Nov 20, 2017 tried to call to place an order to be picked up...no answer. Hmmm-got to restaurant at 10:38am and walked to the door with 2 other customers...doors locked (sign states open at 10:30). We could see lights on & workers inside. A worker finally came to the door & said they weren't open yet because they were 'really behind' & would open later. So-you are turning away customers??? Really, really not a good business practice. Manager needs to know. Went to Subway

Food was good. However when I ordered the Make it a Combo with any size drink plus chips or a cookie the employee gave me a medium cup and told me it only came with chips as I was reaching for a cookie. I pointed to the Big sign behind his head that said “Any size drink plus chips or cookie” he just looked at me as if I was dumb. I think your employees need a little more training.

Just watched someone ask to order an engineer sub, but with the steak instead of turkey. Anthony, the clerk, asked if they just wanted the steak and cheese sub. They replied that they did not, they wanted all the toppings of the Engineer but with the steak instead. Anthony laughed at the customer and then put the order in as the steak and cheese anyway. Unsurprisingly the order came out wrong. I will not come here again. Mockery and making what you think is easiest isn't the way to run a business.

Subs are ok, subway much better, no veggies on sub, everything was clean.
