all I can say is so far these r the best made subs around, great friendly staff, welcoming voices to great you as soon as you open the door. clean relaxing environment to enjoy your food. ready to go in minutes as you wait for a fresh made delicious sub with your choice of meats and other fixings. just an awesome place to eat with good food and service

Disgusting food! Ordered a salad and it had Brown and green slime all through the lettuce.
Took forever to get our food. When I returned the salad I was given dirty looks be the crew leader. Then the cashier told me they had to refund my entire order as he didn't know how to give partial refunds. So i was charged twice for the same exact order and have to wait 2 days to get my money back. 

Don't waste your money.

Food is great but the enthusiasm for their greeting is weak and forced. Not expecting cheerleader rants but if there is no effort than just don't have them say it anymore. It's annoying for the dine in patrons.

Pretty good. Been to fire house twice and love the sauces they had to offer. But subs can be a little pricey for me.
