Food is good, staff is extremely rude. We had a simple 2 sub order and they were short and snapping with me. They got us the wrong chips in the drive thru, the straws had multiple holes, and the employee rolled her eyes at us. I am not going back again.

The sandwich had less than green tomatoes so hard that I removed them. The lettuce I ordered was only the stems after the leaves were taken off for the non sale items. I asked for honey mustard and ranch dressing so I would be able to taste one of them. Placing the sandwich next to the mustard doesn't make it. I'm so disappointed that across is a FIREHOUSE SUB shop. They have a new customer.

The restaurant on Witzel st. Went out of business. But the 20th st store is still there. Very nice people work there. They also have a drive up window. The food is great and so are the hours

Out all the times I come to this location I've only had one bad service. The manager was understanding about it. Plus this place is close to my job when I'm on the go

Dirtiest subway I have visited. Employees weren't friendly and showed carelessness towards their customers. Disappointed with this Subway location.
