Cottonwood ABQ location.Horrible. Would give it zero stars if available. Waited 40 minutes for a vegetable sub and a hook and ladder with a side of chili. Got it home and the veggie sub just had shredded lettuce--no vegetables or cheese. Hook and ladder was nominal and was missing chili side. Called immediately and was told I'd get a call back and a refund (didn't get either). Called next night and was told there were no refunds on online orders. I explained I was there in person to order and pick up. Was told the owner, Mark, would call me back regarding my refund. Never called me. Called the next day, still no call back or refund. It's been over a week so I'm figuring I am just out $22. Very disappointing. This was the Cottonwood location. I would avoid it.

I placed a pick up order. Got my order (didn't check to make sure it was right) went home put baby down for a nap and went to eat my lunch. It was the wrong sandwich :( I called and told a gentleman named Mark. I told him I wouldn't be able to come back until my baby woke up from his nap. Mark (I don't know if he is the manger or owner) told me he would bring my correct order to my home. I was so amazed. I don't know how many companies would do this. Love their food and love the customer service! I will nerve forget what Mark did! Best place ever!

I love the Italian sandwich. Never had any issues the sandwiches are always fantastic!

Staff was friendly, and helpful. Eatery very clean, and when customers left tables were wiped down very quickly. Restroom was very neat and clean. Would take any one there, and have taken several friends who gave become repeat customers and Firehouse Ambassadors.

I really like this place for lunch the orders are correct Timely but when you come for dinner because the owners seem to not be here the service dwindles and your orders aren't near as good
