Night and day experience. Just went to the Subway on 528 (Rio Rancho Blvd) and had a terrible experience dropped almost 30.00 on the most terribly made sandwiches ever. Took a shot on this location on Southern and the experience was literally night and day. They were friendly the staff was very pleasant, outgoing and welcoming. They even joked with the patrons. They made rhe sandwich to perfection and I wish I had more cash to tip.

Ordered online, where there can't be ANY misunderstanding, 2 sandwiches were missing the cheese completely, 1 with extra cheese missing, but spinach and onions when I didn't ask, wrong bread on 1 sandwich. Not sure why it's so difficult to read. Horrible.

Never going here again. Workers were very rude and rushed me (even though I was trying to text my husband that they were out of the meat for the sub he wanted). food scraps were all over the floor and the prep table. The line/wait time was very long, and they kept stating they were having problems with my card. Turns out they were trying to run my card as debit (because business fees for running a card as credit are higher) and gave me a hard time when I tried to pay with my CC.

New owners and staff is great . Very clean and well stocked. Try if now before they get really busy. The flatizza is coming soon!!!!

Sometimes it's good, sometimes not. Sometimes they speak English, but mostly they don't. Training them to cook the meat to the proper temp is non existent.
