Typical Firehouse Subs, clean and well managed. Good area. Great subs for the guy or gal that is really hungry. Arguably the best sub shop around. You won't have to look for the meat in your sub. These are LARGE subs. I really like the BBQ Beef sub. Buy a pickle pail and support their charity.

The sandwiches here are completely different than Quizno's and Subway. The Italian subs taste great. Though I tend to stick with the same order in most restaurants, I decided to try several different sandwiches here at different visits and they all taste great... the #1, #4, and #6 are all good.

They have a firehouse theme as their name suggests with wall murals and coats hanging on walls. They have kids firefighter hats available for kids meals. Although I'm not a huge fan of hot sauce, they have over 20 different styles of hot sauce on the counter to choose from.

Pam was rude, argumentative, and doesn't know the menu. This is the first time I've been to ANY location and gotten my order wrong. As a manager, you should know the menu inside and out and she doesn't know that a turkey bacon ranch comes with ranch dressing? Sad and shameful.

I've ordered thru Uber Eats twice, the first time food wasn't what we ordered, thought I'd give them another shot.. Wasn't good either. I've tried other locations and the food was much better, and appealing.

Disappointing. One of the most negative and unorganized places I have ever worked. Owners have no desire to get to know their employees. They don't know how to talk to people and only talk to you when they have something negative to say. Was told stories about them being racist, firing people for no reason and verbally trash talking employees to other employees. These are adults. Staff is all extremely immature and rude. Everyone works by "do as i say, not as i do" and will talk down to you and correct you while the veteran employees constantly make the same mistakes. No cross training and no room for promotion. Owners shut me down whenever I expressed my love for making food look presentable, as well as when I tried to help with catering. Having managed several different places for over the past ten years, I sincerely believe this crew is too stupid or too distracted to realize everything happening in their store. Spend your money somewhere that is ran by nice people.
