Next Bistro is about inspiration. Reviews

Delicious often inventive food. The menu constantly changes although a number of old favorites are always available. Service is professional and warm without being obtrusive.  Don't be put off by the converted fast food building in which Next lives.  There is a great dining experience waiting inside.

Next bistro had good food but not quite as good as the dollar value they seem to think it is worth.  My wife and I had 1 glass of wine and an entre each.  I had fish and she had a past dish.  The total was about $100. As I stated the food was good but it wasn't 5 star blow your mind good.  We may or may not try it again certainly not the best value in town.

We love this place! Great food and service. I have had people tell me they have had hit or miss experiences but ours had been good every time.

Had the scallop ceviche and the Next take on beef Wellington as part of the NYE limited menu.  The scallops were bright and very flavorful, and the filet in the Wellington was cooked just about perfectly.  The only thing keeping this review from being 5 stars was a poor showing on the service.  After being seated it took 18 minutes before the server even came over to say hello (yup. I definitely timed it after the first 5 minutes had passed).  Then it took into our 2nd course before the (forgotten about?) bottle of wine was brought to the table.  Overall our server was a very nice gentleman, but the dinged rating was definitely earned.  In fairness, my family members said that this was an exception and certainly not the norm for a meal at Next.

I feel like I just can not put in to words how amazing this place is. The sandwich I got was definitely the best thing I've eaten in my life. Even the Old Fashion was the greatest. I am definitely coming here every time I'm in the area.
