I recently purchased a meatball sub through KNG and accidentally selected mayo as my only topping on the sandwich. Thankfully, Firehouse had the good sense to not let that happen and didn't ruin my sandwich putting mayo on it. That alone is worth 5 stars. Also, the food and service are great. I've never had a bad experience here.

Ordered online and had delivered. My order was messed up completely. I called the store and they said they must’ve read the order wrong. He said do you want to come to the store and pick it up? I said uh no, I paid for the delivery fee and a tip.. and you want me to come drive and pick it up? That’s not right. If I wanted to drive I wouldn’t have made an order online. I will NOT be ordering from here again.

Fresh hot subs with a lot of meat! That's what you want in a sub. Great customer service and clean dining room. Love Firehouse
