Ansley was our server and she was wonderful! The food was good and even when it was busy, Ansley made sure our drinks were filled up and that we had everything we needed! She made our experience there great! Very polite and sweet girl!

Went for a Birthday dinner, and our food was Amazing!! We ordered the smokehouse burger which was delicious, and the triple play with ribs, chicken strips, and fried shrimp, All incredible!! The service was great too, they greeted us immediately, seated us, and were taking pur drink orders as soon as we sat down. It was around 3pm so the weren't busy. Some places tend to be slower when they aren't busy but they were great. Most places we go have alright food, it will be good but not something you talk about. This food was Way too good not to share! We plan on going back very soon, or even just ordering and picking it up to take home. Plus, the price was completely expected for what we got. It ended being about $38, for a Huge burger with fries, half rack of ribs, 2 chicken strips, and about 6 big fried shrimp, with drinks. The burger was so big I could hardly bite it all in one, ribs were perfectly cooked and tender meat, chicken strips were probably the best we've ever had, and shrimp was great! The Only thing I can say that wasn't great was the salad as a side, it didn't have much on it. I would recommended the salad bar if you want a salad instead of getting one as a side with the meal. Highly recommended this restaurant and the food we had. Definitely going back Very Soon!!

Servers are great, never an issue with them, but the female manager is terrible. On 4 visits, we've had a problem with the temperature of our steaks. If the male manager is working, we've had great customer service resolution.  On our last visit, our silverware was gross!!!!! The server said the washer had been broken-down,  and the nasty forks and knives were rolled. Then our medium steaks were well done. Our server said she was going to have the manager come over, which I told her there was no need. She has minimal managerial skill. Minimal at best. Not sure why she has the position, when she does not "manage". I love ruby Tuesday, but really feel frustrated!!

My daughter, mom and I were hanging out and decided to eat here. Our waiter, Clay, was awesome! If you are ever passing through this way, ask for him. Have fun and enjoy!

Great place to celebrate birthday for me and my sister. Nice staff, good food, clean environment, good atmosphere.
