The staff at this location in particular are a group of incredibly well put together individuals who truly care about the customer experience and overall quality of each meal. The store is generally clean for the amount of traffic I watched come in and out in my thirty minute lunch visit. This will be the only Firehouse I am willing to come to as the others fall short of this store's standards. I deeply hope the owners appreciate the crew they have. Keep it up guys I will be back.

Would not recommend this particular Firehouse Sub to anyone. Placed an order via Grubhub and didn't even get half of my order. Called the store to figure out what happened and all the manager could do was make excuses and blame the Grubhub driver, she could not take an ounce of responsibility for the mistake. The sandwiches (which are the only freaking things we got from 2 combo orders) were horrible little excuses of sub sandwiches. If you want to pay more for less food, then you can stick with Firehouse, but I would avoid this store.

So I had the worst experience with Uber Eats out of this location and when I say Uber eats I mean the delivery. I was missing half my sub and all my sides. So I called down to the manager Ashely and she immediately rectified the situation even though it was completely on Uber eats. She made me a entire new sub and gave me all my sides and drink at no charge. Ashely WAS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST PROFESSIONAL MANAGER I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. thanks again Ashely!

Not a good experience. Ordered a large steak and cheese on white. No mustard or peppers. The bread was stale and tasted days-old. The sandwich seemed like it was dryer than usual and definitely lacking on the filling. The drink dispenser seemed to be adding random flavors to everything. Mentioned the issues to the cash wrap clerk and received a blank stare.

Usually a great group of workers! Can't go wrong with the Turkey Bacon Ranch or the Club on a Sub.
