I placed an order online which went through fine the person delivered it and it was delicious 10 minutes later I placed another order and after 30 minutes I noticed I was not charged yet so I called and spoke with a man he stated both orders went through and the driver just left so I waited 25 more minutes and called back and spoke to Ciarra and she was VERY rude I tried to explain to her I had 2 orders not 1 and I was going to order more as my party grew larger. she keep cutting me off and would not let me finish my sentence and kept trying to explain to me about my first order that was delivered already.  I then asked for the manager she began to yell and said she is the manager and began to spell her name over and over again. I allowed someone else at my party to take over the conversation and she continually got rude with them as well. I was very embarrassed and everyone at my party which was over 20 people vowed to NEVER order papa johns again! I’m only making this complaint so it will be known who is working for papa johns and causing loss of customers.

A step up from pizza hut. Service wise pizza places are all the same to me. The food was really good though. Awesome flavours and super delicious.

Always a great experience ordering from this place.  Our orders have been consistently correct, pizza is hot and delivered quickly.  Can't ask for anything more.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! ordered a pizza and some garlic knots and got my order 50 mins later and had garlic knots with no garlic so I paid $5 bucks for some dough. On top of that my pizza was cold so I called the store and talked to the manager and she didn’t even seem like she care and didn’t even apologize just said she had a new driver and that they could remake my order or credit my account. I said I’ll take the credit and she said that next time I call in tell the person on the phone that the manager gave me a credit and then hung up. I was like wait what notate my account or something I’m not an idoit but couldn’t even get that in. Horrible store and service and really hope this store closes down so others don’t have to suffer this type of service. Completely pathetic!!!
