I have always had a good experience at Firehouse in Oak Ridge but today was truly the exception. Both of the sandwiches I ordered for pick up were wrong. When I called the store just to let them know the employee literally laughed at me. When I was picking up my order the employees seemed more focused on putting something funny on someone's name tag than doing their job. I understand that everyone makes mistakes but the laughing at my complaint sent me over the edge... To Jersey Mike's I go.

This is a nice clean restaurant location. The food is good and the workers are friendly. Good place to eat.

This place tarnished the reputation of FireHouse subs. From the stone-faced, not at all friendly cashier to the inability to use the ladies room to wash up before eating because one of the employees was in there for 15 minutes, to a bone dry sandwich ( didn't know a turkey bacon ranch would have NO RANCH. Asked for crispy bacon...got two tiny, pink, translucent slivers. No lettuce or tomato ( wasn't asked...but it showed it having lettuce and tomato on the picture board) paid a total of $22.00 for our lunch....not at all worth it and will NOT revisit this location.

The service is horrible, the employees seemed high, while making my food and all I asked for hook and ladder with no lettuce tomato or onions. 
They gave me a completely different sandwich, my boyfriend and I were the only ones in there so it couldn't have been because they were busy. I am now sitting at work with nothing to eat.
