The black lady who says is the owner is extremely rude. A friend and I were given a coupon for a free sub with the purchase of a sub chip and soda. She immediately made a comment about having the coupon. We told her there's no need to be rude and she continued on tell us we were cheap. So we told her we wouldn't be giving her our business and that I would be writing a review and she stated go ahead I'm the owner and I respond to them anyways. Will not be going to firehouse subs again in Moore. For an owner she needs to learn customer service and definitely contacting there corporate office.

I come here at least twice a week. Super friendly staff and the best damn subs around for the price! Free hot sauce is always a plus! I personally get the Level 9 hot. Hero sub is the way to go by the way.
