They often burn my breakfast sandwiches (just look at the picture). The place is staffed with many people that don’t speak English that well (hidden in the kitchen area). So, any order issues are hard to be understood by some of them. They won’t even understand what’s wrong or how to fix it. 

Also, one of the male managers is flirty with the male customers. The flirting isn’t a big deal, but it’s very annoying when you can’t even get my *paid* order right... It’s a bit insulting. He’s also kinda sassy. 

I believe all the bad reviews about catering, and incorrect orders. Panera has gone down hill on customer service. They need to hire competent staff.

I placed a catering order from this location and it was delivered promptly, but they forgot part of my order. I didn't realize this until the delivery person had already left, so I tried to call the store. No one would pick up from any of the lines I tried. I called Panera customer service and the gentleman that helped me couldn't get them on the line either. I normally love Panera, but this location is terrible. I've got a meeting that will likely run out of food and no one that will fix the issue.

Placed a catering order and was told they couldn’t deliver because they didn’t have a person. Arrived at 6.25 to pick up order that was supposed to be ready but it wasn’t ready until 6.45. This is a very busy area and there was no parking available so had to keep running back to my car outside. To make matters worse I saw a person take out a delivery order and he casually told me they had a priority order that they were finishing first. So does it mean that you accept to provide an order at a time and then make a person wait. In the end they said they didnt have cookies so I just walked out with an incomplete order.Very disappointed

Great food and a reasonable price, staff is always so helpful with the menu.

This Panera is great. It's the only place in the area where you can get amazing fresh bread. Service is good, food is great. Very predictable.
