Bought a Lopi top of the line Greenfield GS in October/November 2012.  I now need a conversion kit to change it from propane to natural gas.  I would think that the dealer that I bought the stove from would be willing to help me obtain the parts.  I bought the stove from Fireplace Gallery in Anoka, MN and now live in Ironwood, MI.  I was told by Michelle at the store that she could order the parts but I would have to pick them up as she would not ship them to me.  Like they say a product is only as good as the ability to obtain service.  I would never recommend buying a fireplace from the Fireplace Gallery in Anoka, MN and never buy a Lopi brand as the Lopi customer service is just as bad as the Fireplace Gallery.

Our HeatNGlo fireplace was operating poorly and we called for a service technician.  Because of the large backlog of work, and the clear description of symptoms, the contact at Fireplace Gallery described a solution.  This was something I could repair without need of a service call.  They lost out on potential revenue, but by providing me with a timely and accurate solution, I will most definitely recommend them based on their ethical business practice.

Had my fire place put in about a year ago and that about how long it lasted . Starts up runs for about 3 minutes and thats it for the night.
Cant get them to come out or even call back . They can install fire places put i don't think they can fix them .
